I have unlawfull detainer filed against me, trial was set for next week. If will move before trial date will landlord get a judgment against me?

Unless you negotiate a settlement, which I strongly urge you to do, the landlord could get a judgment for unpaid rent, attorney's fees if provided in the lease, and holdover damages.

Further, you need to appear at trial and present your evidence that you've moved. Don't count on the landlord, and certainly not the judge, to know you are no longer unlawfully detaining the property. Return the keys to the landlord or manager as soon as you are out.
