Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Wanted to know if signing an agreement to repay a debt have been established should I have to pay for late fees, service fees and a supervision fee on the account. This has to deal with HOA dues and repayment.

This depends on what the agreement says. If it says it includes all late fees and interest, etc., and makes no provision for future interest, I would argue that the agreement encompasses everything. So, review your agreement and, if it's not yet signed, make sure it's spelled out that there will be no additional interest or fees.
