Wellsfargo purchased my morgage acct. to wachovia. Is it legal here in Cal. to foreclose my home even if i agree to pay my pass due to them.?

Unless you have actually paid, not just "agree to pay," and pay during the redemption period or before, whoever owns the rights to the mortgage can foreclose.
