Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Hello, my wife and I bought a house 27 years ago, we paid
off the loan, my wife passed away 18 months ago, she had no medical insurence, she was granted medi-cal, now the State of California Medi-cal Recovery program wasnts the money back, they want to put in a claim on my property after I pass away, what can I do, I have only a fixed income.
