Normally, the new owner is going to be subject to the leases in the mobilehome park. It is not clear whether you currently have leases from the bank as the owner of the property, or prior leases and the bank is foreclosing. The owner is usually subject to very restrictive laws when he transfers a mobilehome park, and an owner is severely limited on the reasons that he can evict people. There are other issues also, such as notices that the owner must give when selling the park, and incredibly restrictive rules on park closure.
