Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I was using this app for a few days. And someone randomly message me that I don't know. She said she wanted to trade pics. I looked at her profile and said I dont talk to teens. Cause it showed she was 15. She asked me my age I told her I was 26. She then said she was 19. I question her on it at least 2 times maybe more.. Her response was that most guys find it hot and would talk to her. I told her I don't. I told her she should change it to 19 and not lie about it. So after she kept on saying she was really 19. I then said ok. She sent a pic of herself first. She looked as if she was at least 18 to 19 give it a take. After a few I sent of myself. After that I told her dont forget to put her real age. Then she did.. I later on felt weird cause she was asking for a video of me I said no. That she was making me feel uncomfortable and nervious cause then I started having my doubts. Cause she or he seem very pushy about it. She havent chat to me since then. She or he later on changed there name and hide the age. I made a decoy account claiming to be 20. She wanted to trade pics with my decoy. I said no I dont do that. Im going to make this short but there is logs on this app of everything her and I aid. If it even a her. But I didnt say anything sexual from my knowlege...

What rights do I have? What do I do?

I know I wasn't clear on my previous one but the pictures were adult content. I'm scared and nervous. I have a disability. A learning disorder I'm kinda slow when thinking. I also have a mild case of cerebral palsy. Im not a bad person. I don't go after teens in person or anything. I've been feeling sick to my stomach. I've learn my lesson not to ever do this again. Someone please help me. I don't wanna see something come up and they look at me as a sex offender.

Rights? You have the right to remain silent. Clearly you are not doing so by posting this on the internet. Your computer activity is what got you into this predicament in the first place. Now you have posted a confession. Twice! Not very smart.

What's done is done, you can't undo what you've sent. If, indeed, the other person was a cop, they will decide whether to have you arrested. If they do arrest you, they will probably seize your computer and search it for all your activity and find this exchange, as well.

In future, if you believe you have done something wrong, speak to a criminal defense lawyer personally, so it is confidential. Nothing on the internet is confidential.

In general, I agree with what Mr. Kirschbaum writes. When someone is so pushy as was your correspondent, red flags should go up immediately, and one must back off. I hope that you will bear that in mind in the future. You might want to talk to a local criminal attorney personally just to put your mind at ease and have an attorney at the ready in case there is something further that occurs.
