Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
My car was towed and I had to pick it up late at night around 1am my friend came with me. My card was in my car that they towed so i had to be walked to my car when my friend went to come with me we were told only one was aloud to go back there. On the way to my car I was asked if I was married and why I was single. I felt unsafe and scared I just wanted to get out of there. When i asked for the mans name they told me that for security reasons they couldnt give that information. Can I press charges agains the men or company?
