Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

The Company Doesn't Want to Do Anything, so now what?

I reported sexual harassment by two supervisors in the office. The basic stance the company is taking is that the two men are denying everything. The head of human resources basically said we are a small company so there's not room to move people around. I think they are just waiting for me to quit. I talked to the human resource person for the second time, he asked me how this should be resolved. I didn't know what to say. Basically, I want to leave, Can I ask to be laid off or something so I can collect unemployment while I look for a new job? The harassment hasn't stopped since I first reported it. Please help. Thanks

You need to file a claim with the EEOC or the Dept. of Fair Labor and Housing. You would do well by obtaining an attorney. Please contact me directly at (619) 222-3504.
