You cooperate with the investigation and provide truthful statements and evidence to try to show your employer you were falsely accused. You do not interfere with the investigation and try to talk to people yourself.

If you are talking about charges at work, defend them as best you can with whatever witnesses and other evidence you may have, and cooperate in the investigation.

If this is criminal charges you are talking about, then exercise the 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP and do NOT talk to police or anyone about the case except with and through an attorney.

In either case,if serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help fight this and get the best outcome possible. .
