Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Someone was trying to take something from me, by force. It belongs to me. They had no reason to be trying to take something from me. So, I put it in my pants and they reached into my pants to take it from me. Is that sexual harassment?

Sexual harassment is usually employment related. What you described sounds more like a sexual assault. However, more information is required in order to determine whether there was a sexual assault or harassment.
