Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

The guy that renting a room in my house keep on naked everytime he see me and my little sister go to the kitchen. His room is in the middle of my room and the kitchen. When me n my little sister go to the kitchen, he runs from his laptop which is locate in the kitchen to his room and get naked while his room's door open widely. He did different poses everytime. My sister and i got really scared and we have been stressful about this. We dont know what to do to him and afraid one day he might rape us. A lot of time we seen him speaking to himself when he was using the laptop. Please help!

If your little sister is under 18, call the police. The man needs to be arrested.
