Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I am being harassed at my job by my supervisor & a co-worker, but not sexually. I have spoken to the vice president & the owner about it & no one seems to want to do anything about it & it is becoming harder to prove because they are trying to be discrete. My supervisor is using the death of my fiance to make it seem like it is all in my head, but it is not. I have been harassed for 6 months now & am wondering, is it legal to use audio surveillance at my job to prove I am the victom of harassment & unfair treatment.

NO, you can't tape anyone without their knowledge and consent. Harassment is not 'illegal' unless it amounts to Civil Rights Law violations for race/age/sex/religion/etc. You said it wasn't, therefore, if you can't remedy the situation, you can stay or leave, your choice. If unfair treatment was illegal, most people would already be in jail.
