Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I have been interviewed by a work place investigator. I have now been asked to interview with another. The first time was hard on me. Do I have to do another interview?

Only if you want to keep your job.

If you are being investigated for complaints against you, you don't have to comply, but refusal would likely result in your termination for disobedience. If you are a witness only, the same result could occur. If you are the complaining party, refusal could result in the complaint being dropped. Your choice.

If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help fight and get the best outcome possible
