Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Is it legal for a man who molested me 17 years ago to have pictures of me as a child on his website?

He still claims I am his step daughter although I am not, he is my sister's father!

If they are 'porn' or 'kiddy porn', they would be illegal and you should contact police and other authorities. If they are regular family type pics without any reference to sex or past history, then they are not 'illegal'. They may be a violation of your privacy, depending upon what they show and how they are presented, but it would take a lawsuit and court order to force removal, assuming you could get such order. There is no longer any real expectation of privacy on the web, given FaceBook and similar sites.

They may violate privacy and may constitute harassment and other torts based on your past. Let me know if you want me to write a letter.
