Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

My rights

I was informed by my employer that two separate allegations from females were made about me. The allegations were that I made looked at them in a way that made them uncomfortable. I believe these allegations steemed from a disagreement I had with one of them on a non-related matter. My employer will not tell me who made the allegations. Do I have a right to know the names of my accusers? Am I the one who is being harrassed.

Re: My rights

You are the recipient of the discrimination laws' bias against men. When women complain, they are entitled to a large degree of confidentiality to avoid retaliation. Consult with an experienced attorney to see if termination can be prevented.
