Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Sexual Alligations

i have been working for a company for almost 2 years. when i got promoted i had problems with people talking about me dating a co-worker. I have just ignored the petty talk until the supervisor of another area said it. i sat down with my boss and told him that she was telling everyone that an associate and i were dating. he talked with her and i thought it was over. now she told everyone that i had sex with this person on the golf course i and i need to know what i can do about this. i want to pursue it legally because i do not believe that my job is going to do any thing about the incident.

You may sue her for slander. She would have to prove it or state the source of the rumor. Then all who repeated the rumor are liable for general damages. Call me directly for assistance.
