Sexual harassment is illegal, and if the company ignores your request for help, it gives you grounds for action against them. IF you have witnesses or other proof of the sexual harassment, you need to file a complaint with the EEOC or DFEH, and hire an attorney to represent you. Contact me with your proof if interested.
