Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

sexual harrassment on my daughter by her boss

My daughter is working in a coffee shop and she is having problems with her boss, looking at Porn on his computer as they are working. he makes crude comments to her and other female employees.he also brings his girlfriend to work and does improper things for a workplace, making her feel even more awkward.

she loved the actual job, but is feeling very uncomfortable working in this environment, my daughter has recently stred to suffer stress related illnesses, and her physician asks if she is feeling anxiuos or pressured about anything in particular.

even without the health and stress problems related to this, i feel this boss should not be allowed to view Pornography and say impropper things in front of and to these employees.

can you advise on what we should do? thanks

She should file a complaint with the Dept. of Fair Employment and Housing, and if her doctor believes the stress is job related and that she needs to be taken off work, tnen a worker's compensation claim. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
