Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

statue of limitation

How long is the statue of limitations for sexual harassment in California. If I have missed the time allowed, is there any other place or state in which I can file the claim?

Re: statue of limitation

You must file the claim in the State where the harassment occurred. In California, the statute of limitations, generally, is one year. For breach of contract issues, including some wrongful termination issues, there is a longer statute of limitations.
