Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

At will law

I used sexual harassment law because in our employee handbook I have found what my employer is doing to me falls under that category.

Here is my questions:

I understand an employer can terminate your employment at any time for any reason, but can they lie about it and do they have to follow their equal opportunity employment motto.

Re: At will law
