Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

workplace sexual harrassment

I work at a small law firm One of the partners, and my immediate boss took me back to his house for two hours after we went to court that morning. He asked me to please come back after class (I am in law school). I was afraid to say no, so I went. He opened bottles of wine, insisted that I sit close to him and held my hand. I didn't know what to do because I thought if I stopped him, I would lose my job. Then, I told him a very personal secret, hoping to get his advice, instead, the first thing he asked me for was a kiss on the cheek. I told him no immediately and then left. A few weeks later, I asked the other partner, for an additional assignment or an advance so I could take a Bar-Prep. He said he needed to consult with the other partner (the boss that was hitting on me). The partner told him he could not trust me and divulged my secret to him what I had told him that night at his house in confidence. Then he said, instead they will offer me a thousand dollar gift as a bonus. I left work immediately after this talk, was extremely embarrassed that the other firm partner now knows my secret and am petrified to go to work tomorrow morning. I don't know if I should accept the thousand dollar check or tell the partner?
