Legal Question in Social Security Law in California

I am an ex-convict who was imprisoned for many years. I have been out of prison for 5 years now. I have not been employed since 1989. I am totally disabled...PTSD, herniated discs, blind in one eye, high blood pressure, etc. Can I receive SSI? Thanks...

I suggest you call the local Social Security office and ask them. They should be able to answer.
