Proving paternity

Can I be forced to make my minor child particiate in a peternity test to help another woman prove paternity for social security reasons?

Hello!

Your question is very sketchy and therefore, difficult to answer with any certainty.

If a Court of proper jurisdiction ORDERS you to participate in blood testing, or if you are seeking benefits for your child and paternity is at issue, then you may be compelled to participate.

I cannot ascertain from your question, if you are a Mother or the Father. Sorry.

Assuming that you are the Father, only a court order can compel you to provide the blood for testing purposes.
