Legal Question in Social Security Law in California

social security disability

in 2003 social security approved me being 100% disabled and unemployable. i am on my 3rd marrage.my first two marrages lasted over 10 years each.how many of my ex-wives are entitled to portions of my disability retired pay and what percent are they entitled to once they reach the required age.i am 63 years of age and my current wife is 57 years of age and does not work. thank you very much in advance for any information.

Dear Person:

The general rule with SS is that with a 10 year marriage the spouse is "locked in." So, directly answering your question, at least 2.

The precentage is a calculation that is also dependent upon their ages, their "paid in status" and works against your dollars as well. So I cannot answer that question for you.
