1099 Revenue Question

I was paid a revenue share on a house I own. They paid me directly and sent me a 1099. I wanted the 1099 made out to my LLC. CAn they reissue a 1099 to the LLC or since the checks were made out to me, do I have to recognize the revenue. Thanks!

Thanks for your posting. Although it doesn't hurt to ask the 1099 issuer to reissue the 1099, the law states that it should be issued to the person or entity that the payments were made to.
