Legal Question in Tax Law in California

Back Taxes Question

Ihave kind of an off the wall question but need to know just in case. I'm currently on hold with the IRS for quite a few years of back taxes because of my income status. I own nothing, have no savings, 401K, nothing...I can barely pay my rent. I'm 57 years old. They send me letter indicating they intend to levy against certain assets but I don't have anything that they could levy against. Also, I tried to find another notice from several years ago but thought it said they had filed a lien against any assets including future assets.

I have been entering a sweepstakes online through HGTV and the prize is a luxury home, furnishings and new 2009 SUV valued at $2 Mil. The reason I want to win is to be able to sell the house and furnishings(keep the SUV because my car is about to fall apart) and be able to pay off the IRS and all creditors that I still owe money to. My question is if I hire an attorney who specilizaes in dealing with the IRS can they negotitate or communicate to the IRS that I'm selling the house/furnishings to pay them. I owe approximately $30K in back taxes so them taking a house worth close to $2 Mil doesn't make sense to me so want to see what I would do to stop that. I want to be prepared should I actually win

I will be pleased to remain on retainer for a mere $5000, and I will then be on call in case you ever win the contest.
