Legal Question in Tax Law in California

Bank Levy Without Notice
I received a Bank Levy without notice to me or my tax attorney (so he says). Is this legal? My offer in compromise is in the process of being reviewed by the IRS.

Yes, they will not have given you or the attorney notice of the actual levy. BUT, if you are in OIC consideration, no levy should occur.
