CPA Non communicating

How can I get my CPA to talk to me after filing an extention of my taxes and not telling me the status?

send your cpa a letter by certified mail return receipt requested stating that you are terminating his services, that he is to return all of your record to you, and that he is to refund any payments made for the 2006 tax return.

then retain a new cpa or enrolled agent.
