employer not paying tax levy

i have a garnishment for back taxes i have had deducted since 9/07 $600.00/ month, but my employer is not sending it to the irs and i have defaulted can i sue my company for the entire amount i owe though not all of it has been deducted from my payroll yet

You may be able to sue them for the amount they did not send to the IRS plus the costs and damages of their actions, e.g., hiring an attorney. If you would like to discuss, feel free to contact me.
