An attorney for what? So you can sue yourself? You need to file an SR-1 accident report with DMV within 24 hours. They will suspend your license for not having insurance; and if they find out you had a seizure while driving, they will revoke it.

If you were on the job at the time of the accident, contact a workers' compensation attorney.

You should definitely seek an attorney. The no insurance issue is minor compared to the DMV issues and their possibly wanting to take away your driving privelege for medical reasons. We have handled these issues many times and I feel confident we can help you. Contact me thru my website at www.wallinlaw.com. I look forward to speaking with you. David Wallin
