Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
If the court balliff issued a traffic citation and yet testified in same court room against me would that be a conflict of interest

I would ask for a different judge, as everyone has the right to do once. You rightly infer that a judge might be biased in favor of his bailiff who has frequent contact with the judge. But if the case is over, it's over.
