Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

failure to pay fines and driving on suspended

In 2000 I was arrested for a DUI. then in 2001 and 2002 I was sited a total of two times. I plead guilty to the DUI did all of my classes but soon after I lost my job and could not continue to keep up with the payments. As far as the driving on suspended s go I never appeared in court so bench warrants were put out for me. Since then I have not had any run ins with the law. Then about three weeks ago on my way home from work I was stop my a sheriff he ran my name and arrested for my warrants. I have a really good job now and have the ability to pay off my fines completely. I am trying to prevent going to jail. I have a lot off people that depend on me at work and home. What do I need to do?
