Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Hello,

I've got a 2 months extension after the court for my traffic ticket in California, can i still ask for another extension for like 1 month over the phone? or do i have to go to the court in person if possible to do so. Worst, i don't have the right already..

You can try- but more than likely you will have to go to court and get your matter put on calendar and ask the judge for more time. Why do you need more time? Be prepared to answer that question.
