Juvenile case
Am a juvenile being charged with Hit and Run, and driving with out a license. Am 17 about to turn 18 in march. Can i be charged as an adult because of the proximity of time in which i will turn 18? And if charged as an adult how much time would i get? If charged as a juvenile?

The decision is up to the da however, these are misdemeanors and will probably be charged as a minor.
