Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I missed my court date for a misdameanor traffic violation. They had charged me with not wearing seat belt, talking on cell phone, not changing my license and registration to CA from CO in time. There is now a bench warrant for my arrest. How do I resolve the warrant and reset a court date?
