Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
mistake by a small technicality on the traffic ticket.
I was given a traffic ticket to appear in court, and on the certain date the time is listed, but the boxes for AM & PM are both marked. I was wondering if I could ask the Judge to dismiss this case because of the mistake the offlicer made by filling out the ticket wrong?

Itis highly unlikely that the judge will dismiss due to that mistake.
