Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
How can I postpone a traffic court date? Is not having the financial stability to pay the fines a legitimate excuse?

You can ask for a postponement, or traffic school, or you can fight the charges and demand a trial, or you can ask the judge if you can do jail time instead of a fine.
