As the Driver I didnt receive notice of license suspend by mail as DA Claim. 2nd issues the DA produce DMV document with driver signature on DMV alleged suspend notice. I do remember sign a notice at DMV but it for medical examination that was needed as required for class A License and I was not or it was not know to me that I was signing the notice regarding license suspension. My issues are what I can do know to over come this DA evident. My mailing address is Post Office Box, is my only address now. I lost my home to foreclosure.

The first thing you need to do is to get a lawyer. If you are charged with a misdemeanor and you are unable to afford a lawyer the court will appoint one to represent you.

Second you or your lawyer need to compare the address on the form sent to you to the address where you get your mail.

Third you or your lawyer needs to read the DMV form that you signed and see what it says. Hopefully you read it before you signed at DMV but it needs to be reread.
