Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I have received a traffic ticket in the mail stating that I had ran a red light, from one of those "red light cameras, and that I needed to pay for the fine. But, I wasn't the one driving the vehicle nor was I even in the vehicle at that time. Do I still need to pay for this ticket?
