Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
i just recently got a ticket for possession of marijuanna under 1 ounce. i have a court date.now from what i have read i wont do any jail time and i will just have to pay a fine.is this true? my question is i also have a traffic ticket from another county that i havent been able to pay due to i am unemployed.the traffic ticket was due in july.so does this mean i have bench warrant out for me? and will this ticket come up in court when i go for my possession of marijuanan ticket? will they put me in jail for the traffic ticket?
