What are the chances of conviction in a case where you have two witnesses in a vehicle saying that I threw a ''bottle or can'' ( they dont know which) at there car during a traffc altercation. No damage to the car, No harm Done. The item was actually a small taco bell soda cup. and there was no intent to harm or injure the occupants.

The violation is completed when you throw anything at a vehicle or an occupant of a vehicle. The fact that it was a paper or plastic cup will not save you from a conviction.
