i have 17% of a house in trust. The executors have been holding the without sale attempts . Iwould like to have my portion settled because it has been over two years.

The trustees must follow what the trust directs them to do. If you think they are not acting correctly, you need to see if any of the other beneficiaries will buy you out or file a motion with the court to force a sale.
