#1-How do I clear probate notes?

#2-Do I have to pay a large fee each time I file a paper ordered by the court?

#3- Do I have to file each paper in the court house?

Assuming this is a California probate:

1) You would file a responsive pleading addressing each calendar note;

2) Most counties there is no fee for filing a response to calendar notes;

3) Yes;

4) You should probably hire an attorney familiar with California probate laws.
