I have 2 kids from a previous marriage and my 2nd wife has 2 kids, If i was too die without a will, who would get my property

If your wife survives you, Community Property would go to her, and your separate property, if any, 1/3 to wife and 2/3 to your kids.

Mr. Cusack is correct, and just to clarify, it woud be your kids from the previous marriage only. Not your step kids.
