Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

2nd oppinion

Im a beneficiary and survivor of nearly 7 yrs. of probate with my fathers estate. and my question is should I defer to my attorneys advice and allow the estate to finally close or do i file legal action against the court appointed estate administrator to whom I have concrete proof of his neglect of properties in the estate and malfeasance in conjunction with the estate property manager under his hire. or would you need more information to determine if i should

even hire a forencsic accountant to look into the estate tax returns and his itemised billing, since his being appointed to fiduciary duties, since july 2002 thru the present date july 2008 and also do you think it would be prudent if I consulted at least a few legal malpractice attys to see if my case is winable? and at what cost?

Thank your considering my questionaire,--
