The father of my 14 year old daughter died intestate. My step daughter, 19, will be in charge of the probate. Does she give notice to my minor daughter? to me as the parent? How will my minor daughter recieved her share of the inheritance?

I believe that your stepdaughter has to give notice to your minor daughter. As to whether she has to give notice to you, maybe not, unless you have guardianship over your daughter's estate.

However, as an interested party in this probate, you could file a request for special notice with the Court handling the probate.
