Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am a 22 year old female and my mother wants to get me conserved as I cannot manage my finances, or so she says. I am not sure I categorized this right, but I was just wondering if I should go along with it or try to fight it? What will happen if I try to fight it? Those sorts of questions. I know what the conservatorship is, I just don't think I need it.

You should discuss this matter with an attorney because a conservatorship is very serious and can be expensive. Part of the conservatorship process is a court investigator interviews you and submits a report to the court. You can request that the court appoint an attorney to represent you in the conservatorship matter if you are unable to hire an attorney yourself.

Without knowing more specifics, any advice regarding what is the best option for your situtation is very difficult.
