How do I access my grandparents bank account? One passed away, the other has severe dementia, both of their names are on the account, and we don't have the password.what do we do?

Do you know if your grandparents signed Durable Powers of Attorney naming someone to act on their behalf? If not, someone will need to petition the local superior court for a conservatorship over the surviving grandparent.
