I am, Petitioner in Pro Per. All beneficiaries will not sign a Waiver of Account for this estate. How do I prepare accounting for Final Distribution in Solano County, California?

Re: Accounting

Sorry to sound self-serving, but you should have an attorney prepare this--it could be done on an hourly basis--there are recently changed rules and even some attorneys have trouble getting it right, so the money you spend will be worth it in terms of getting the account approved and the estate distributed.

Re: Accounting

There are some books available for non-lawyers on how to handle probates--including final accounting and distribution. However, these books give general/common information about probate proceedings and do not deal with specifics of your case. I must agree with my colleague, Mr. Johnson, you should seek advice of counsel to be certain that the final accounting and distribution is done correctly within the rules of Solano County courts.
