How do I add my children to mine and my husbands property title fast?

Most attorneys will tell you for tax and security reasons it is best not to add children to legal ownership. Why do you want to do so and why must it be fast?

The first thing you need to determine is why do yo want to do that? It is not advantagous from a tax standpoint, and if doing so for other reasons, such as avoiding payment of an obligation, could be illegal.
